Milanesas de carne /Beef fried Steak, Chicken Fried Steak


Beef Milanesas!!!


Could use Chicken too-

A Beef Cut into Milanesa sizes..The butcher will know what size!!! rub  minced garlic with oil over the milanesas...add salt and pepper!!!

 Cover with Flour on both sides!!!!

Mix Egg

Dip Milanesa into egg batter


These are regular bread crumbs...You can use whatever you want..I sometimes use Italian bread crumbs!!!

Cover Milanesas on both sides as well.....
Finished....Now Fry them in a little oil...for about 2 minutes on each side...Make sure oil is HOT before you stick one in...Serve with Tortillas...Salsa...Salad..Pasta...Rice and Beans...whatever you LIKE!!!
