| A Beef Cut into Milanesa sizes..The butcher will know what size!!! rub minced garlic with oil over the milanesas...add salt and pepper!!! |

| Mix Egg |

| Dip Milanesa into egg batter |

| These are regular bread crumbs...You can use whatever you want..I sometimes use Italian bread crumbs!!! |

| Cover Milanesas on both sides as well..... |

| Finished....Now Fry them in a little oil...for about 2 minutes on each side...Make sure oil is HOT before you stick one in...Serve with Tortillas...Salsa...Salad..Pasta...Rice and Beans...whatever you LIKE!!! |
